Main job description & responsibilities
- Profile, screen & interview Migrant Domestic Workers (MDW) candidates
- Job match employers with MDWs which include:
(a) Facilitating interviews between employers and MDWs
(b) Follow up with employers/MDWs - Attend to clients’ enquiries via email, walk-ins and phone calls.
- Handle administrative work pertaining to employers and MDWs

- Perform MOM related transactions (i.e. Work Pass application/issuance/appeals)
- Arrange and liaise for MDW arrivals/deployment
